Help!

I have a Stimson Mini bug that is defying all efforts to identify its origins!  I know it came from a farm in Wales and has a frame number of 094DD but thats it.  The body is made from fibreglass, green all through and the engine dates to 1976  so I suspect not the original.
I need to find the info to negate the need for an SVA.

Any ideas?

    It may have never been road legal .As sold in kit form it may never have been finished hence the later engine .
