Help!

I have a Stimson Mini bug that is defying all efforts to identify its origins!  I know it came from a farm in Wales and has a frame number of 094DD but thats it.  The body is made from fibreglass, green all through and the engine dates to 1976  so I suspect not the original.
I need to find the info to negate the need for an SVA.

Any ideas?
